helping a new line of
business get off the ground
Starting
up a new line of business within an existing company
can often require new skill sets that have little
relevance outside of the start-up process.
To allow this company to start-up a new telephone based
delivery system we undertook all of the project management
to implement the IT, telephony, process workflow
and logistics operations.
This enabled
the company's management team to concentrate on the
personnel and marketing operations more closely related
to it's mainstream activity.
Once the
operation had been set up and proven to be sound, day
to day operation was passed back to management.
