it needn't be a disaster 

Does your organisation have a Business Continuity Plan, or is it one of those things that you're going to get around to….. one-day?

'Specialists' and 'Consultants' will often quote statistics for organisational failure following a disaster. You've probably seen these, ranging from 75-90%. Whatever the true figure, make no mistake, without a continuity plan, your business is at risk, and tomorrow may be 'one-day' too late.

But there's no need to feel too bad, around 70% of UK companies don't have a formal business continuity management process, so when a crisis strikes you can take some consolation from the fact that you're probably not the only one suffering…….
